Program Management ​​
The program management team is our primary interface for our customers and their responsibilities include:

● Site List and Scope of Work
● Site Scheduling
● Logistics Management - Keys, Badges, Access Requirements, SIMs
● Management Materials
● Post integration troubleshooting
● Operations acceptance
● Quoting and PO management
● Communications and Reporting
● Operational Reports and Communication
● Summary or "Roll up" Reporting
● Communications required to resolve inter vendor issues
● Project status calls as required with our customers and other vendors
Integration Center (QIC)​
This team is responsible for managing all remote service work and performing CIQ validation which includes:

● Design/Work Order/Script creation
● Provision Carrier Adds and NSB to the network
● RET Provisioning & Validation
● Support QuadGen and GC Field Operations
● Commissioning and Integration testing
● NEA External alarm commissioning and verification
● Data Call Testing (Voice, Data, CSFB, e911, VoLTE)
● Support Turf Vendors on Schedule Integration Date
● Manage Network Element Administrative States
● Provide completion document for the closeout process
Field Services Team
This team handles all actions required at the site, or they prepare for activities in the field which includes:

● Complete pre-installation site survey
● Manage cabinet delivery and the physical installation as required
● Install baseband cards, complete cabling, test, and turn up new technology
● Install, commission, and integrate new edge and cell site routers
● Perform work to commission, integrate, or modify the site
● Perform E911, voice, and data validation
● Ensure the site is in a clear alarm free status

Call Testing

Functional Call Testing, Circuit Switch Fallback Testing, (VoLTE as required), VoLTE Nonemergency, and e911 Testing

Validation

RET Validation (If requested), External Alarms Testing/Validation, Call into the MNRC to complete NEA testing.

Support

We manage all Base Station's fieldwork required for alarm clearing
