Mr. Goodier has 20 years of experience in RF engineering, core network engineering, and implementation. Having held engineering and executive positions with AT&T Mobility, Comcast Cellular, and Cellular One, Mr. Goodier has an operator’s view of carrier requirements. While at QuadGen, he has transformed the service delivery organization; expanding the suite of services and the organization, in both breadth and depth. Mr. Goodier served as an Officer in the US Air Force, holds a BSEE from Duke University, and an MSEE from University of Washington.
