Candidates will be responsible for the quality review of all OSP Engineering Design projects and programs,
including but not limited to, Fiber Overbuild, LightGig, ASE, and BAU work order packages. Previous OSP
engineering and Field data collection experience, along with working knowledge of client software systems
including, ARAMIS, BST-CAD, OSPCM, JMS (OPEDS), AOtX, AOTS, PLANET, CEEOT, MMT, PM Tool, EFACTS, MIC,
LFACS, GRANITE and OCALC. The ideal candidate will have expert level experience with Customer Quality Control
metrics, work print design, FTIs, and other measures to ensure first time acceptance.
Responsible for the Analysis, Planning, and Design of Cost-Effective Outside Plant Facilities & Network. Perform
detailed designs for all required feeder facility relief including Central Office transfers, major undertakings and/or
routine activities after closely coordinating with the planning group. Responsible for make-ready work with fiber
distribution projects and must be familiar with various outside plant engineering concepts and documentation.
QuadGen partners with Tier 1 Telecom Carriers in USA like AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Dish Networks etc., equipment vendors and OEMs like CISCO to build high-quality, reliable next generation wireless, IP, Optical networks of operators. We are looking for a talented Network Engineer to join our RAN/PaaS Engineering team.

We also offer expert advice, implementation & cutting-edge NW Engineering Service Solutions through our Telco & OEM relationships all around the world. The entry-level Network Engineer is responsible for provisioning and commissioning backhaul networks and analyzing network parameters. The entry-level Network Engineer works with the Engineering Lead and will coordinate with other team members and engineers as necessary.
